The NeOn Toolkit is freely available in open source (under the Eclipse Public License, EPL). Building on the Eclipse platform, the NeOn Toolkit offers a development environment familiar to software engineers, as well as an open framework for plugin developers Version 2.4 is expected at the end of the month, so watch this space. Although the EU-funded project ends this month, post-project news and developments will continue to be posted at this site and at www.neon-toolkit.org.
You can get executable versions for Mac, Linux (32 and 64bit) and Windows on the NeOn Toolkit website under Downloads > V2.3 Make sure you download the latest built, currently number B242.
For developers, the same code has also been uploaded to Source-Forge. You can find further instructions about it on the NeOn Toolkit Wiki.
